Desktop App showing greyed out Installed button after update

I updated to Max 2021 and it installed fine. However the desktop app is showing the product with a greyed out "Install" button instead of a Launch or Access button. Any way to correct that?

Hello @bodonnell

 

I have provided some steps below. First try to exit out of the app, if that doesn't work try to uninstall & reinstall it. 

 

  1. Exit the app & Basic uninstall of the Autodesk Desktop app 
  2. Clean uninstall of the Autodesk Desktop app

I've done that before and it didn't work. I will try it again as soon as I get a chance.

Right now 3ds max 2021 doesn't support launch button on autodesk desktop app.
