autodesk inventor drops clicking on ''sing up with autodesk ID''

Hello, as a student, I dowloaded Autodesk Inventor 2022, while starting the app i was trying to verify my licence with autodes ID, but when i click on ''sing up with autodesk ID'' the app drops and don't respond. I will be gratefull for any help. Thanks
