Autodesk Fabrication CADmep 2023.0.2 Object Enabler Already installed

I keep getting a notification from the Autodesk Desktop App (ADA) that the Autodesk Fabrication CADmep 2023.0.2 Object Enabler is available for installation. When I attempt to install it, I receive the following message:

CADmep_2023.0.2OE_Already_Installed.png

I click Exit and close the app. Later, the same notification regarding the Fabrication CADmep 2023.0.2 Object Enabler appears. How do I get the ADA to stop issuing reminders to install the outdated Autodesk Fabrication CADmep 2023.0.2 Object Enabler?

ADA is broken. It does that for some users. Turn it off, no one needs it on and running every day of the year.

@pendean, I appreciate your sentiments regarding the ADA, but I disagree with turning it off. I did some additional searching and found the solution in the ADA support article titled, "Autodesk Desktop App keeps showing update is available although the update or a higher update is ins...." I followed the steps under "Refresh Autodesk Desktop App cache," Exit the ADA, go to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\, delete the SDS folder, and restart ADA. When I launch the ADA I get the message, "Your available updates are installed" for the apps I have on my system.

After using my workstation for a few hours, I checked the ADA and found that the same outdated object enabler update had returned. The solution did not work. I'm still searching for a fix.

Still an unsolved problem? I thought Autodesk knew how to solve such problems. Apparently not...

I would also appreciate a solution to the problem.

@R.E.-KPK @pendean Yes, this problem is still unsolved. I tried the solution, and the false alerts disappeared temporarily, but they returned.

On 2/15/23, I received an email from Autodesk announcing a replacement for the ADA...

On March 15, 2023, Autodesk Access will replace Autodesk Desktop Application (ADA) to provide the foundation for future capabilities, making it easier than ever to manage new product updates.

The solution may be here next week.

Thank You for your response. If the issue is resolved next week, that would be great. May it succeed.
