Autodesk Desktop App isn't fully loading

I noticed yesterday that the Autodesk Auto app isn't fully loading (see image below). It starts but never fully loads. Anyone have this issue or know what I could do to fix this?

Thanks for your feedback.

 

Please try this?

Exit Autodesk desktop app(from system tray menu)
Stop AdAppMgr Service(task manager)
%Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
Restart Autodesk desktop app.

 

i would like to know more about the issue. could you please send me the log files?

Okay, I was wrong. Once I rebooted the PC it's no longer fully loading again. I will do those steps to stop services.

Same issue with me.

Autodesk Desktop App is try to loading forever and never ends.

I have tried to fix by applying suggested procedure, but it still no working.

I solve updating the Autodesk Destktop App and making the AdAppMgrSvc to run again
