Autocad installed but not working.

Hello sir,

i am chirag bathani and i am a student of IT University,

i have mailed in autodesk technician and i solved my all doubt for installation. then i have installed autocad 2018 in my personal computer 

for only and only study pupose but after the installation i found a pop up for restart your computer for better installation after the installation i open the

autocad the is a error message flassed but autocade is not working please help me out of this error. the message is as above....

"The program can"t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.

Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I would also try to locate the update in your software through your Autodesk Account.
