what is the version of Advance steel?
did you signed in Autodesk desktop app?
Could you please try this?
Exit Autodesk desktop app(from system tray menu)
Stop AdAppMgr Service(task manager)
%Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
Restart Autodesk desktop app.
Could you please send me the log files?

Thank you for responding. Your procedure seem daunting. Anyway, I tried uninstalling and reinstall from ADA. It takes me to the web that allowed me to download and install. Upon completion of the install, the ADA lists two updates available for Advance Steel but AS is still not listed. I proceeded to install the updates and I now only see other apps but not Advance Steel. Does that mean any updates available in the future for AS will be listed even though AS itself is not listed?

I want to clarify, i didn't ask to uninstall Autodesk desktop app and install.
I asked log file, if get the log files, then i know about the installed products and what are the entitlements so that its easy to debug the info.
You are seeing updates for Advance steel on Autodeskdesktop app, may i know the versions of the updates
There are two tabs on ADA, one is for products and other for updates.
did you checked the products tab?
what are version of advance steel you have?
what version of advance steel you installed?
Could you please provide the screenshots?
could you please end me the log files?

Thank you Srinivas but I think the instruction you gave is for Win 7. We are on Win 10. I don't have time to search for the relevant directories or folders. Here is a snapshot of my ADA;We are subscribed to AEC and PDM Collections but we only install what we use. I would like to clarify that I did not uninstall and reinstall ADA. I only did so for Advance Steel. As you can see, after reinstalling AS from the web, it is still not listed in the ADA. The updates that was listed upon reinstall were these two;
I elect to apply both updates so it is not shown on the ADA now.
That's it.
I tired to give a feedback through Advance Steel itself but the App is not listed as an Autodesk product for feedback. Please post to inform when a resolution have been found.

The screenshot shows you haven't loggedin. please sign with the account you installed the products.
Autodesk desktop app shows the latest product which you have in your account.
You have the latest version of autodesk desktop app.
