Activation Code reset ACAD 2018LT

We recently installed 2 seats of ACAD 2018 LT.

Unfortunately put in the wrong activation codes and now we need to reset completely.

The install worked fine and the programs work on trial mode a present.

Is there a way of clearing the activation process to allow the correct codes to activate correctly short of uninstalling and reinstalling?

Hi tried this.

did not clear all the fields.

I could put in a serial number OK

the product key would not reset.

And there was no place for the activation code.

result the same. still does not work.

Received email conformation from autodesk of product activation, which it isn't. This must be automated response yes?

would reinstalling be the best?

Be sure you type in the Product Key. You only need a Serial # & Product Key to activate. 

Autodesk AutoCAD LT 2018  Product Key: 057J1 

Please note to activate:

1. Depending on the download method it will automatically recognize your credentials & sign-in or you manually type in the serial# & product key (you shouldn't need an activation code)

2. An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software) Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection. You can try another Wifi network location

If we purchased 2 seats of ACAD 2018 LT at the same time, will these have the same serial number and key?

Yes, a Multi-Seat, Stand-Alone License allows you to use a single serial number and product key to run one or more Autodesk products on a specified number of computers.
