3DS Max 2018 update error

hello!

I'm looking for some help to update my 3DS Max 2018.

So, I downloaded my Max 2018 today morning.

However, I'm having difficulty of install update 4 on my 3DS Max 2018.

Autodesk Desktop gave me this error:

  Another version of this product is already installed. installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product.

So, I uninstalled my 3DS Max and reinstall again, got same error.

did you check to see if that update was already installed?
