As we are currently facing challenges in implementing the Submittal Workflow as per the client’s requirements, we would like to raise a feature request for TAT (Turnaround Time) customization aligned with the defined submittal workflow.
At present, the system-calculated TAT includes weekends and non-working days, which does not align with the client’s organizational calendar and working practices. This is creating practical difficulties for the respective reviewers in adhering to the expected review timelines.
We request the introduction of a functionality that allows TAT to be configured based on the organization’s working days and calendar, excluding weekends and designated non-working days. This enhancement will enable reviewers to manage and track their review timelines more accurately and realistically, ensuring better compliance with the intended workflow process.
Such a feature will significantly improve workflow efficiency, transparency, and alignment with real-time project operations.
