A separate tab or section with an audit trail of what has been happening within an Autodesk Account, who made changes, and when would save a considerable amount of time for administrators and most likely decrease unnecessary interaction between the account admins and the Autodesk support teams.
This would effectively ease our life. We encountered an issue and lost a lot of time to find out what happened and when as we are several admins and it took several interactions with the support to understand the root cause.
