Are there anyone else having issues updating products? Mine gets to 78% - 85% then goes backwards and says "Unable to Update" Not sure why. Any thoughts?

Hi @ChrisFromNOLA , can you collect the logs and create a support case?  Once you have a case, please post the Case number here so I can track it.

If you want to try a quick troubleshoot yourself, check the %localappdata%\Autodesk\ODIS\Summary.log and it may provide more context about what part of the update is failing.

Looks familiar. In my case, it was due to one of the components included in the update (Formit360Converter) not wanting to install, in which case the whole process is rolled back. It's pretty difficult to find out which component fails - the log files aren't of much help. I would check the Windows Eventlog - Application and filter source MsiInstaller. That might reveal the stubborn component.

Same here...
been fighting all the may updates across the board
60 computers, some update fine, others fail with varying errors.
Tried local install downloaded and copied
tried manage.autodesk.com updates
Tried updating users to Access...
Re Revit 2023.1.2 in particular this one is worse than the others. users have the formitConverter looking for an msi in MY user profile (my bad, IT imaged a laptop I set up. one would think a new user would get new registry settings... do I really need to)
Just tried using Access to upgrade mine.. failure with the results noted above
only thing the log file shoes is

Bundle: Revit 2023.1.2 Update, Installation Failure in Bundle: Revit 2023.1.2 Update
Application Name : Revit 2023.1.2 Update,  Package Name : Revit 2023.1.2 Update
Error code   : 2
Will try stopping core, rebooting and redo. will post results tomorrow
