No access to account - no mail and password - what to do?

Hi, I have a problem with access to Autodesk account. The company that previously operated our company did not provide us with access data to the account. We only know ID and no longer existing email address used to create accout. Licence reneved automaticly a week ago and we can't login to get invoice and change email to correct one.
How we can get access to account?
