Licensing error when opening Rivet2025

This is has been happing for a week now and i still can't figure out what's the problem, even after downloading the ''Autodesk Licensing Service - 15.7.1.13908 - Win - Update'' like it told me to do. upon opening rivet the software can't verify that i am signed in to use the product because of a system problem.

Hey so what i did was restart my whole computer after updating my rivet
then after restarting my computer, the software actually opened up.
