Briefly, I can see the updates on the Autodesk website (manage.autodesk.com), but not on the Autodesk Access (see attached image).

I have checked and they are not already installed.

Anybody else with the same issue? Any soultion yet?

Thank you

Do you know for a fact that you need those updates, and that they are not installed yet?
If yes, you'll want to first grab the latest version of ACCESS from here then install it
https://www.autodesk.com/products/autodesk-access/overview

THEN... restart your PC/Laptop.

THEN... ensure your log-in is at least a local ADMIN level.

Now start ACCESS, give it a few minutes to poll and recommend updates. If it still shows nothing... Autodesk staffers appear to have given up quickly helping end users like you and me in this forum about this tool. It might be a while.

If it did work... Repeat every quarter of every year if you feel the need to only use ACCESS for updates. No workaround. Yet.

I believe we started experiencing the same issues.

Currently we are using Autodesk 2024 products, and the version of Autodesk Access I have installed is:  2.6.0.118

Autodesk Access says I have no updates available.  However, as an example, my currenty installed version of Inventor is 2024.3.  I know there are newer versions available.

Additionally, I just had to do an Inventor install for one of our existing users that got a new computer.  Autodesk Access was automatically installed, but it seems to have been an older version that didn't call for any updates.  I manually reinstalled Access (by Googling it and finding it on Autodesk's website), and the new version then called for updates.

So I guess I have two questions:

1 - Is there a certain version of Autodesk Access that stopped updating itself?

2 - If so, how does one know what version they should be running?

That is not current, it is old by several builds, current starts at 2.9.0.9 (at least on my PC). Go grab the update here, then restart your PC right afterwards whether you think you need it or not

https://www.autodesk.com/products/autodesk-access/overview

Then give it a chance to catch up. Your OS login needs to be at the Admin level ideally.

Thank you very much for your reply @pendean

Any thoughts on why there is a sudden need to do a manual download/update?  I don't recall this happening before.

As far as I know, Access has never worked reliably?

This is interesting:  I still have version 2.6.0.118, yet today I noticed that it's displaying my available updates.  It's like it randomly started working again.

Like I said - it's not very reliable...
