Raster tools not showing

I am currently taking an online class using Autocad 2020 and in the current lesson, we are tasked with inserting a .jpg image and then using the Raster tools to convert to a vector file.  I do not see any raster tools that will allow me to do this.  I tried contacting support, but they said to post here.

Did you oryour IT dept install RD? Its a separate install. If you did, sometimes the install doesn't take and you need to repair the install. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and select Raster Design. Then click on Modify and when setup starts choose the Repair option.

Raster Design is not showing in Programs and Features.  I do not remember seeing the option when I installed the educational version of Autocad 2020.  How can I get it installed?

I'm not sure, I never dealt with edu software. If RD doesn't show up when you go to your Account page, you might want to post this in the Installation and Licensing forum.

You need to sign up for and install RD: ask your course instructor about it all.
