In Civil 3D 2020, when I try go to the raster menu then insert I get a fatal error massage of

FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled Delayload 'AdskLicensingSDK_2.dll' Procedure Not Found Exception at 52A7A839h

I have tried to reinstall but it still gives me the error.  Does anyone have a solution to this problem?  Thanks

At what point do you get the error? Just clicking on the button or are you able to specify a file? Have you tried other files?

Sorry, that's about all I can help. I don't have 2020 to test. I don't even have that dll on my pc. I would escalate this thread to get tech support help. Click on Topic Options at the upper left of the thread and then select Escalate.

I'm having the same issue.

My next attempt is going to be uninstalling all 2020 products and re-installing.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I am working now.  Here is what was sent to me that worked

Dear Richard,

Thank you for patience. My name is Almas Suljevic. This case was just escalated to me for my review and I will be assisting you with your case. This is a follow up one our phone conversation. The issue you are seeing is caused by API incompatibility with licensing with Update 2020.1.1
1. Uninstall the AutoCAD Update 2020.1.1 from Control Panel> Installed Updated
2. Then use Autodesk Desktop App and install AutoCAD 2020.1.2 update
3. Restart Civil 3D and try again
Please let me know how that works.

Best regards,

Almas Suljevic

Thank you for the replay. I am trying your solution. When I try to uninstall the 2020.1.1 update it requires me to find a missing AcadLP.msi file. It's not found on my machine. This causes the uninstall to fatal out.

The solution above works.

I was able to find the missing language pack file.

Thank you for  your help.
