Valve operator creator

Hello, 

Idea are very simple, 

creator for valve operator, we could choose how many moduls are in valve operator, what kind of or they have for example wheel or L-Lever.

Of course each moduls have own dimension, and we can change it 

(just like in picture below)

Custom scripting the valve shapes to the exact sizes you need would be the best way.
