The ability to insert a flexible hose which is also recognised on the isometric is of high importance to me, as i have hundreds of these things in my model. At the moment, the only fix I have is to manually change each isometric!
We keep getting votes on this, and I had commented before, but I am wondering if anyone has used the new "Pulled Piping" we released in our 2017 version to do their tubing with? This builds on and integrates with the previously existing "Pipe Bend" functionality and allows you to continuously route and bend pipe as a single object with no elbows/welds/etc.
Please let us know your thoughts on this, and if this fits your needs for tubing or if you require anything beyond this.

Pulled Piping support has been added in 2017 and supports multi bend single pipe modelling and reporting in Iso, etc.
(rounding out the pipe bend functionality we initially started a few years back, but weren't able to take on the full scope of work in one shot - thank you for your patience)
as far as flexible hose is considered, the expansion joint object of cadworx is a good reference, but have to say as well, the expansion joint of cadworx works well as a straight inline component, you can input the length you required, but it does not work if it is an offset installation;
We have a continuous flexible pipe that serves as direct lines from a manifold to various equipment. We would like the total length of the pipe run labeled. Also, the runs could occasionally have a tee splitting service to two pieces of equipment. Again, we would like the label to include length to the tee and then the lengths to each piece of equipment. Is this feature available or is this something that still needs to be added?
You may be able to get what you need for this from the pulled pipe feature - when toggled on, it will route a continuous pipe with control over bends, etc, and you can still place components. You should see the total pipe length in the Properties Palette, as well as in the BOM when running an isometric. Hope that helps some.
@damian_willcox , that would mean having to go to Project Setup and select Treat Bends as Pipe. Can we have a dedicated tool that offers a direct approach to modeling hose connections?
