It's been more than 5 years since I first inquired about this.
As pointed out above, it is a common piping real world situation.
If your team can't or won't fix it, please make notice of this in the software user interface so people don't spend hours trying to make it work.
How about a transparent software fix request register and a user/customer voting system for determining which parts of the software your CUSTOMERS would like to be repaired first?
Give the Fusion360 team a call to see how it's done.
Maybe do that instead of paying for this years re branding of your software icons.
Bump. this is such a silly issue to have. our construction approval doesn't allow for pipe-in-pipe welds that large and reduced tees only go so low, so we need reducers on reduced tees. it's a pretty simple thing honestly and it's baffling why this hasn't been solved for 5 years! so currently we just have a huge gap of reductions we just can't make without workarounds
This issue seems to be easy to fix, but as I can see from previous comments nothing's been for at least 6 years from now. I also need a possibility to use Reduced Tee and a Reducer for my plastic spec! There are piping fitting system that do not even have a possibility to connect using only an equal tee and a reducer and at the same time there is now reduced tee at some diameters. Therefore Reduced Tee and a Reducer combined is the only option to use, and Branch Table Editor does not allow this. @m.szychowski@k.grzelak
