Align isometric plane of valve operators and valve symbol during iso generation

Sometimes the valve operators do not line up with the plane chosen by the isometric generation software.

It looks silly on valves to have the operator facing the correct way but then have the valve in a plane not aligned with the operator.

This is a very annoying part of P3D isogen. I wish there were a toggle for turning off dimensions laid flat in the X/Y planes on the iso.
