Additional Tank Head styles

I think "Flanged and Dished" and Sloped tank heads should be added to the equipment builder.  It seems ridiculous that I have to calculate how far nozzles stick out from the cylinder and then add a ACAD shape to the equipment to get the correct look.  Especially since the geometry information for Flanged and Dished heads are easily accessible as shown below:

I've been pipe/equipment modeling for 6 years in both oil/gas and food industries and the most common tank head types has been Flanged and Dished.
