As is well known, Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D offers a high degree of flexibility for building plant projects with efficient data flow. It is very simple for me to create new P&ID class definitions in the project setup when I use Plant 3D, and I can also add custom properties. This flexibility is not possible for me to use while working with plant 3D class definitions. When I create new 3D components in Inventor and use Plant 3D to manage the data, it will be more flexible if I have the option to add new Plant 3D class definitions and custom properties in project setup.
