I would like to be able to access the Description in a list and not just the Value in Tags and Annotation.
For instance, the Service Value is NA and the Description is Caustic. I need the Value (NA) in line numbers but on an OPC I would rather see the Description (Caustic).
We just created a different line segment for each service. It lets us have the unique description propagate to OPCs and it lets us have different colors/weights for each segment type and import/export based upon service. It's a bit to get used to but once you do it works well.
Not a valid solution IMO - Painter takes care of everything you suggest in an easier and more efficient way with the exception of accessing the list description. Plus that was only an example - their are many more lists than the Service list.
