Wrong scaling if a Imperial block insert in Metric project

I have a problem relate to transfer Imperial catalog to Metric one. As the blocks would scale down with the ratio 1/25.4 (smaller). I found a few topics subject to this problem:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-plant-3d/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticl...

And I was able to fix scaling problem with these instruction, but new problem emerge, if I set DWGUNITS = mm then the block doesn't scale and I was happy but the port still scale down as you can see in the picture:

My question is how to keep the port position without scaling or another way is how to  adjust port position without re-create it using PLANTPARTCONVERT?

And I think the port position is store somewhere in the Database how can I access them and modify it if possible.

Note: I find another way without using PLANTPARTCONVERT because I want to transfer entire Imperial catalog to Metric and it has too many components.

Dear @quan_hm ,

Why are you going to so much trouble?
The ASME catalogue is already available for download converted into metric units in the Autodesk APP Store.

Hi @h_eger , I intent to convert my custom block-base catalog not a ready to use catalog.

The catalog in the link is not a real Metric anyway, it just change the description. The component in that catalog won't compatible with imperial catalog, the connection must check somthing like "this connection use metric-imperial" in order to use.

But that another problem, as I said I want to convert my own catalog without build from begining.
