Vertical dimension in plant 3d model

Hello. I am struggling to get a vertical dimension in plant 3d. For example if a try to get a dimension from the node of the bend to the node of the flange the dimension i have is still horizontal and not a vertical dimension(Please see photo attached)

rotate the UCS to the respective level and use 3D manning from AutoCAD

The command line should show the distance, and the delta values between the points.
