2 options:
1. Obtain CAD data from this ball valves and enter them into the catalog as a user-defined block.
2. Search for Valve variants and insert variant into the catalog as parameter.
I do not know this manufacturer.
There are approx. 6300 valve manufacturers worldwide and not all catalog data are available.
You can also look again in the Autodesk APP Store if this manufacturer is listed.
