Valve Description not updated in Valve List

Hi,

I have modified Valve list report od Plant P&ID as per my requirement. It contains line number, size, tag, specs, and item description. Refer below snap shot.

If we update the line size by edit annotation from 6” to 4” then it is not updating it in item description.

We have added required item description of valve in specs in ‘Long Description(Size)’ in PMS because we are using the same specs for 3D piping modelling.  In report, I used ‘Inline asset_Specs Part’ to get item description in Valve list report.

We also observed that after changing line size from 6” to 4” same is also not updating in ‘Specs part’ column of data manager of P&ID.

Refer attached PDF file more additional information.

Request you to please suggest the solution for this problem.

@pradeep.walse ,

In which product description did you find the information that this should work in Plant 3D P&ID?

I am not aware that the attribute flow can cause a change in the way you work.

@pradeep.walse ,

that was exactly the small error because there is no data update when the nominal width is changed.
This would require a little more customisation in P3D with external tools.
