User Restriction Pop-up in Plant 3D (Vault) project

Hi All,

I am facing a problem with the Plant Project 2018(Vault Project). I am not sure whether it is an issue in my system or, there is a default option/ to overcome that. Please suggest.

1. We have provided user restrictions(User groups) for Plant Project in Autodesk Vault. There are two user groups Such as 'Admin' and 'Design'

2. The 'Design' group is restricted to modify plant project settings(Project Setup) through vault permissions and we have succesfully achieved it with the help of AU document "OG125583 Plant 3D Collaboration with Vault - Getting Started and Best Practices"

3. The issue in my case is "User restriction" pop-up box is not visible in few system(Please check the restriction popup message) in Plant 3D. Is there setting to activate(Or get Restriction pop up) that in plant 3D?
Please Suggest as I am not sure how to proceed further.
