Unable to open Collaboration Project in 2023/24 but I can in 2022

When I try to open a Collaboration Project I receive the errors screenshotted below.

However, I can open the same Collaboration Project in 2022 without any problems.

I found this link on the AutoDesk website about adding a specific URL to the internet whitelist but I have no idea how or where to add this?

Yes, I can open locally saved projects.

You said locally, I took that as a local or network project, not an ACC project.

So you can open any other ACC project other than this particular one?

Okay, confusion about language used...

As soon as I click "Open Collaboration Project" in P3D I'm met with the errors that are screenshotted in the original post. 

So no, I cannot open any ACC Projects as I don't even get to the options screen to select available projects.

What is the pathing of your collaboration cache? Are all your projects in the same folder? The default is c:\users\username\etc\etc

Custom pathing:

C:\Plantcache

It didn't work with the default pathing either.

• Make sure all of the files are checked in (using 2022?)
• Exit P3D 2022
• Rename the project in the cache folder, just put a "2" at the end of it or something.
• Start 2024
• Try opening the ACC project again
• ???
• Win?

Ok, you can rename the folder back to what it was originally.

Does it work ok if you start a new project in 2024 and push it up to ACC?

Is that just creating a new project as normal and then transferring it to ACC?

I don't think this will work either because the error occurs before I even have a chance to select a project to open, I never get to the project selection screen.

I select "Open Collaboration Project" in the Project Manager then get the error. 

So the issue isn't necessarily opening the project, it's getting to that stage to even try.

Yeah, you create a new project, locally on your C:\ and then use the Collaborate button in P3D to push it up to the cloud. See if you can select a project then. I just want to see if its something to do with the project, or if it doesn't work on all projects.

Same error.

I click the "Share Project" button on the Collaborate ribbon and this is the error that comes up.

At the top right of P3D will be your username. Click on the down arrow and sign out, and when you restart P3D it'll ask you to sign in. I assume you know your username and password?

I don't have that anywhere on my CAD, not on 22, 23, or 24.
