UCSVP not working properly

I'm just wondering why Autodesk is ignoring this issue as I've read many threads now that spans many years and there is still no solution? Even the help files are incorrect with the value of the variable set =0 in both examples. In model space, with multiple viewports when I switch between viewports, my UCS should change to the UCS set in the individual viewport, when UCSVP=1.  This works some of the time. At the moment it has stopped working completely. It's really irritating to go reset the UCS every time I move to a different VP. I'm using Plant 3D 2019. If anyone has a solution, I'll be extremely grateful. Thanks.

The UCSVP system variable isn't working properly as I've explained in my first post.  This is discussed in various threads over the years that I could find.  Is Autodesk planning to fix this problem?  It is a real problem for anyone using multiple viewports in model space and requiring the different viewports to operate independently with their set UCS.
