TPM Files in Tool Palettes

Hi,

I have created a Tool Palettes directory on our network and directed all users to it. Everything seems to be fine except that there are thousands of TMP files being created in the main "tool palettes" folder (they are generally named TMP468A etc). There is also a Palettes folder which keeps appearing in the same directory and adds the same TMP files. Could anyone let me know what I am doing wrong???

I am using AutoCAD Plant v22 and I just tested v23 and same problem...
