to weld a 1"dia stub-in nipple to a 6"dia Victaulic main pipe

How to to attach (weld) a 1"dia stub-in nipple to a 6"dia  Victaulic main pipe.

It seems the Victaulic spec don't allow to do the welding.

In Victualic Spec are the EndCodes GRV.
These are not suitable for Stub-In.
Check first time whether the pipe material allows a Stub-In.
Then you need only the Spec Editor each nominal size with the end code BV creating thereafter it should work.

more solutions are needed on how to put a stub-in into a Vic pipe.

It really depends on how your are doing it. If you want a stub-in you'll need to make sure that stub-in's are in your branch table settings. Then in Plant 3D make sure "Toggle Stub-in's" is turned on.

If you want a part, say like a pipe nipple, they already work that way. I would copy a default ASME or equal pipe nipple into the spec you need and go from there.
