Techlok Hubs Content pack

Hello, I am wondering if someone can help I have downloaded the Techlok Content pack from the app store and I created a spec but when I try to pipe away from the hub end I get and errors saying the TC can't connect I am figuring I need to create a joint in the project settings but everything I do seems to just give me the same error does anyone have experience with this pack and getting it to work?

Hi This is the Error i am getting when using the little plus at the face of the hub i can however take a hub from the tool palette and manually tell it to connect and a gasket and clamp and second hub are added.

It seems that the problem is the connection setting. You need to make sure that specify the End1 & End2 connection that matches your needs.

Check Project Setup --> Piping Connection Settings --> Simple joints

Hi,

The problem is that the Hub in the catalog does not match the standard joint settings in your project.

The Hub is defined as an Adapter whereas the Auto Ferrule Joint in the joint settings is looking for a coupling.

If you don't use any other fittings with the TC end type, then the easiest solution for you would be to modify the Auto Ferrule Joint to replace Coupling with Adapter.
