Tangential Lines

Is this still an issue or am I missing something. I can't seem to be able to find an option to turn them off. Attached is an example showing the lines that are not needed. In this example they are lines "3". I know I can change the shape model to outline but it makes the profile of the member look bad.

change your representation of the steel structure to Outline Model:

[plopezYEJP3]

I appreciate the reply, but that option makes the profile of perpendicular members look blocky and horrible.
