Can't find symbol for specified part

I realise this question has been asked before but I am very confused by my issue. I am a long time Inventor user and was recently asked to make a Plant 3D catalogue for a customer. I have imported 7 parts from Inventor and converted them to blocks and then ran PLANTPARTCONVERT so I could add them to  a new catalogue. I added all seven parts one after the other, then created a spec to test the parts. 4 of the parts insert just fine but three come up with the "Can't find symbol for specified part" error. All the .DWG files with the long names are in the same folder and all the .png files are in the same folder (in  CatalogueSupportFolders under the name I gave the catalogue). I have not changed any settings so I assume this is the correct path. Can anyone explain to me what is wrong and how I can fix it.

I am using Plant 3D 2021

Hi

Thanks for the Information, I already looked at this video, but it long out of date and Plant 3D creates the necessary folder for you. Also it doesn't explain how I add 2 new parts to my catalogue which work fine, then the next one doesn't, then the next one doesn't and so on. All the parts were added one after the other from the same source folder and from what I can see in the destination folder there are 7 .PNG files  in the "200" folder and 7 .DWG files in the DWG folder.

Thanks

Dale

Try using one of two options when creating the component:
