Strainer iso symbol error

Hello,

I have added one custom part i.e. Inline Strainer with 4 ports. See below snap (strainer_1.JPG)

Iso symbol created for this....see attached snap (stainer_2.JPG)

and created Isoskey for the same. See attached snap (stainer_3.JPG).

After extracting Isometric, other two ports which is not inline is coming from center of strainer instead of

flange face. See attached snap (stainer_4.JPG)

Please suggest if I miss any step / procedure.
