Specific ND Flange wrong scale at insertion

Hello,

I have a particular behavior :

As I insert a flange in a DN15 line, it will not be of the correct scale, this does not happen with other components (like tees) and does not happen with DN20 or DN25 lines which seem at first sight of the same 'familly'

Check in the catalog if this flange is correctly sized.

In another drawing, did you notice the same problem for this flange?

Dans un autre dessin, avez-vous constatez le même problème pour cette bride la ?

Nothing immediatly striking in the catalog (enclosed the catalog)

The issue is only on this drawing, I tried on another test drawing and it is working fine.

Remove the problem flange from the drawing and purge the drawing to remove only the blocks.
Try inserting the flange again.

Supprimez du dessin la bride qui posse problème et purger le dessin pour supprimer seulement les bloc.
Essayez de nouveau d'insérer la bride.

I removed all flanges from drawing I could find in the data manager (1/2" place holders, 3/4" and 1" flanges) I purged and when I put them back, 1" and 3/4" go well but I still cant add the 1/2" which are very high scale as before.

I get an additional problem (in fact an old one "auto solved" with no reason I know few days ago) When I try adding components, they dont appear during placement, so I cant see them when I switch connection port (when pressing "ctrl" during placement)..which makes difficult placing non symetrical components 

Could this be linked ?

Insert this flange again and decompose it to find the name of the block associated with this component.
Delete this block and in the purge look if this block name is in the list of purgeable objects.
If so, purge it.
If not, this means that it is associated with one or more components of the same type that must be found and deleted.
Then by returning to the purge command you should find the name of the block of your flange which is found in the purgeable objects.
Purge this block.
From the tool palette, insert your flange again, it should now be the correct dimensions.

Insérez de nouveau cette bride et décomposez la pour retrouver le nom du bloc associé à ce composant.
Supprimez ce bloc et dans la purge regardez si ce nom de bloc est dans la liste des objets purgeables.
Si oui, purger-le.
Si non cela signifie qu'il est associé à un ou plusieurs composants du même type qu'il faudra trouver et le/les supprimer.
Ensuite en revenant sur la commande purger vous devriez retrouver le nom du bloc de votre bride qui se trouve dans les objets purgeables.
Purgez ce bloc.
Depuis la palette d'outil, insérez de nouveau votre bride, elle devrait maintenant être aux bonnes dimensions.
