spec to excel export error

when I try to export spec to excel in AutoCAD 2022 .I get this error . I  tried running spec editor as admin too it didn't work . can anyone give me a solution for this .

@dharunkumar.am please try to export with C drive path.it will give error with OneDrive path.

Thanks for the reply . As you mentioned I tried with C drive path too . It still shows same error.

fyi, I exported 8 specs without error only one spec shows this error.

I have this error on one spec using Plant 3D 2022 as well.

If you have previous version or new version of Plant 3d ,Try in that . It may work .
