Sockolet will not dimension on ISO.

I have been trying to get my sockolets to dimension with no avail (See Attach 1 & 2). I then placed a threadolet into the line and they both dimensioned( See Attach 3& 4).  They still aren't fully correct with the callout showing TOL. I have attached my spec of the sockolets(See Attach 5). I have also attched my dimension settings for the ISO's(see attach 6 & 7).  The sockolets I am placeing haven't been altered at all they are directly from the ASME Pipe and Fittings Catalog.

So to recap:

1. Why are there no dimensions being placed unless I place a threadolet?

2. Why is the Sockolet being labeld TOL?

3. Why doesn't the Sockolet by itself get labled SOL?

4. Why isnt the size on the Sockolet by itself?

5. Why does the size show up when I place a Threadolet?

The solution I found was our theme either out of the box or someone modified it was set to have dimensions for vent/drain piping toggled to "off". Once I toggled to "on" everything worked.....6hrs later!!
