Single Pipe Bend Creating ISO Errors

I am about ready to give up on Plant3D. The hours our company has wasted on bugs etc is becoming too much to justify 😞

Perhaps someone will be graceful and help, before I do give up.

Here is a drawing with a single pipe bend in the model.

Creating a PRODUCTION ISO spits out an error. On a single pipe bend. Ridiculous.

Just to add, I checked and also get an error in my otherwise perfectly functional ISO creation workflow on the provided DWG.

with the attached drawing I get also no isometry.
With a new pipeline with the same parameters it works.

After much trial and error, I believe this is yet again another issue with large number coordinates.  We have several of these projects in the making so it's going to take some time to dial them back. I'll report back later if making a change to the coordinates proves successful.

Just a guess here, but are you modelling a long way from 0,0,0? For example 500km away from 0,0,0.

As I mentioned two posts above (and as concadman also said above), it appears the issue was from modeling too far from 0,0. Once I moved everything closer, I was able to produce ISOs.

Sorry I didn't see the 0,0,0 in that post, it can be interpreted several ways.

It is a shame distance from 0,0,0 causes these problems. I would like to know precisely what the cut-off distance actually is 501m 501.25m 1001.15m?

Good question. Someone with more experience will hopefully pipe in. I believe it's a floating point value combined with the distance.  When I'm at a far distance the precision is lost which is probably also lost internally on the programming side (thus the problems with connections, isos etc)  as well. Plant3D can handle only so many digits on an given number.  If too many are to the left of the decimal point, then decimal point precision is lost.

I went ahead and marked your post as a solution. While not always ideal, it is the best approach. I know i've posted a few times on threads about this and i think this response above you wrote is likely the best answer. 

Its important to keep in mind how many items use the given coordinate values within the Database. Also, this problem does extend beyond just plant. Most AutoCAD products are not equipped to handle extreme coordinates. Civil and Map are the only exceptions i'm aware of.
