How to set Zero Elevation for any number to create 2d orthogonal views on plant 3D?
Example:
I have a project in which my zero is point 20300. I want to be set on the plant this is my zero point for elevation.

I'm not sure that I completely understand your question. However, have you looked at using the location offset for orthographic and isometric drawings? That will allow you to set up your plant 3D model with the 0,0 point at 0,0; and then offset the Z distance to 20300 so that the elevations will show up correctly in your drawings.

Hello Ishadrick, your comment helps me a lot Thank youyou. But I want to change the Real coordinate, in the drawing file, the same value I see in the 2d I want to see in the isometric without having to add an ortho value.
When you say "isometric", are you referring to the Plant 3D source drawing file, or are you referring to the isometric output drawing? Similar to the orthographic drawing, you can set an offset for the isometric drawings as well - see the screenshot below.
Otherwise, you could set up your model at the real elevation in model space, and then you wouldn't need to offset the drawings. You could further streamline this process by setting up a UCS at the adjusted 0,0,0 point.

I ran a test this morning. I set up a new coordinate system at (0,0,20300), see the screenshot below for the command that I used.
I then routed a pipe at my new coordinate system by entering a Z-elevation of "0" with respect to the modified UCS. However, with respect to the world coordinate system, the pipe is routed in model space at true elevation. See the screenshot below showing the elevation of the pipe in model space. Notice that the starting point is at the same elevation as my modified UCS location.
I then generated an isometric drawing, and the elevation shows up with respect to the world coordinate system.

I really appreciate what you did and test, I did the same thing, let's so suppose that I want instead of the world elevation I want to show the new coordinate system in the Isometric (0,0,20300) is this possible?

That's exactly how my isometric is labeled. I didn't change the units in my model, so 20300 inches = 1691'-8". The isometric labels the pipe end coordinates with World coordinates ie., (E 2', N 2'-2", EL 1691'-8"). The coordinates in the new coordinate system would be (E 2', N 2'-2", EL 0).

I try the process that you do, creating a new UCS as you can see from the icon in the middle of my pipe, but the number one is EL.0 in the world, my isometric still shows the coordinate system from the world, not the one I created.
What am I doing wrong?
Can you please click on your pipe in model space and send a picture so I can see what elevation it is at in model space?

Isometrics are ALWAYS generated in UCS World and not in your own UCS!
For this purpose, there is the setting Offest location in the project setup under Isometric DWG Settings: I can use this to set the values of my UCS so that these are also correctly mapped on the iso.

This is exactly what I try to do because I want to maintain the same information in the ISO and the model, If I set the offset values on the Iso Style Default Settings when my customer clicks on Properties on the dwg model he will see the world coordinate not my UCS created.

I would like to make his doubt as mine, but for ortho drawings. I already setup Z offset to the desired number and the BOP works ok for elevation in milimeters but when I try to convert it to meters using the calculated properties BOP gives the elevation without the offset distance.
I'm using this for the calculated properties: SubString(BOP/1000,0,6)
I'm looking everywhere for the offset value and can't find where it is stored, only found it in the ortho setup section.
