It looks to me that what is inserted for screwed flanges is not working correctly.
The SKEY calls for a block called FLANGESCREWED.dwg. If you look at this block, it don't look right to me. Plus it seems to place the block on top of the gasket and next to the mating flange.
I've tried changing the block the SKEY calls for to FLANGE.dwg, but that didn't work as there appears to be some additional things going on in the background.
Any suggestions on how to make threaded flanges look correctly?
Does it look like the image on page 18 of this whitepaper?

Thanks for reply, I probably should have included some images in my original post.
Yes, the block depicted on page 18 is what I am talking about. It looks very odd to me and doesn't seem to work the way I would expect.
If you look at the block in the IsoSymbolStyles.dwg file, is the wipeout supposed to be offset like it is?
Also, when I run an iso, what I get does not match the formatting of other flanges like SW or WN where there is a gap for gasket.
What I was expecting to see, using the default block, is below. I wouldn't include those SW looking ears on a screwed flange.
Those extra lines ("ears") should be there for a threaded flange. Using ISOGEN as a starting point, it inludes the lines; if the flange is erection/field it adds a pair of triangles inside as well. The only place where those extra lines wouldn't be there would be for a tapped blind flange, or possibly a hubless threaded flange (effectively the same thing).

I've never seen that. So in my second image, the lines pointing towards the blind flange are normal? You don't happen to have an example you could post by chance?
I found an ISOGEN symbol key on the internet. Things are making more sense. My third image above is what should be showing up in my opinion. Unfortunately, my isos using the default theme, are being drawn with the flange backwards and no gap for the gasket. So that looks like the problem I'm having for screwed flanges.
