Report creator 2016 cant open database

Dear forum members,

I have a project in Plant 3D 2016 and in Plant 3D it is opening just fine

When we open the project in report creator 2016 we get an error 
According report creator the ProcessPower.dcf could not be opened because it cant be found

ProcessPower.dcf is present not read-only and again the project opens just fine in P3D

You show 'Empty Metric Project 2016' in File Explorer. Try to re-open the project.xml from the correct location.

The project xml had wrong path in it lol 
I changed the project.xml and working fine now

Weird though that the project is opening fine in Plant 3D from the same location.

Funny things happens when you cut and paste a project 

The project.xml will not be updated (DUH)

When you open project setup the project will load and open 

When you open the same project in report creator this error will popup 

(it is an SQLite project)
