Removing converted part from list

Hello.

How do I remove the block in the list below? I removed it from the actually drawing where this list is grabbing from and purged the drawing and no longer is in the block list, but it still keeps showing up on this list. The reason I'm trying to remove it, is because I modified the block since the size was incorrect. In this drawing where I converted this block, I did removed the old block and inserted the new revised block and when I update the parts catalog and spec where this item is in, it's still pulling the old block with the incorrect size. Hence, the reason I'm asking for help to remove it from this list. Any help/suggestions are much appreciated.

Dear @lbellino4 ,

have you deleted all old files (*.dwg, *.xml, *.png) for this block from your directory as well?
Here is an overview of the files created for a user-defined block.

Well, I originally deleted the block drawing within my converted parts drawing that I keep all my blocks that are converted. But per your reply, there was a "png" file, in the folder location of this converted parts drawing, so I deleted that, but there was no "xml" file there.  But now I have another issue. Since I deleted that "png" file related to this block I removed, when I go to test out adding the model in my catalog editor, I now get the below message. This happens on other blocks I've already added to my catalog that don't need to be updated, but if I wanted to replace the model with a different one, now I can't. So I will need to know how to fix this before testing out the block in my original post to see if I can add my updated block. Attached is my converted blocks drawing, just in case you want to take a look at it. I did check a couple of blocks in there and they still show that they are converted with the port designations I assigned to them.

Hello.

I determined that when I deleted the below "XML" file I highlighted in yellow below in the first image, this caused the last issue where the drawing didn't contain compatible blocks (second image below). So I restored this "XML" file and now I'm back to normal, where I can replace models, if needed for the parts I've already completed in my catalog. But if I delete this file, I will be back to this new issue, which I don't want to do, due to all the parts I've created in my catalog already.

But now I have my original issue where the item/block I wanted removed from the list so I can update it with the revised block. So if there is a way to do this without removing my customparts drawing file, that would be best for me.

Couple of questions regarding your reply. What program do I need to open the "XML" file to retain this file name? And once I do have it open, how much of the blocks line will need to be removed from the file? I'm only asking because I did this once in the past and removed too much in a similar file and when I did that, I made the issue worse. I've attached an image of the block name I'm trying to remove.
