Is rectangular duct available now in AutoCAD Plant 3D now ? Or any add-in or plugins or paid apps?

If I have AutoCAD MEP, will it work with AutoCAD plant 3D? For example how will I create iso or ortho of a drawing created by MEP toolset(I actually don't know how this software works)

There is no trial version.

Annotations in orthographics will work however, some of the standard annotations are not applicable e.g. BOP, TOP and Pipe OD. Also, the "Cut Pipe Symbols" should not be used as they will be circular instead of rectangular.

The MEP elements will appear in Plant3D Ortho Drawings, but they won't be able to be "Iso'd" or reported on. You would use AutoCAD MEP for any other functionality.

To work with MEP in Plant3D

1. Create a blank AutoCAD MEP model and put it on your desktop for example
2. Start Plant3D and open or create the project you want to create
3. Import the MEP file to the Plant3D Drawings folder using the Plant3D Project Manager
4. Now with AutoCAD MEP you work on the MEP file inside the Plant3D directory
5. When you create Ortho's, they'll appear in the Ortho Drawings
