Plant3D file error "the file exists"

We have 1 plant 3D user that had the error "The File Exists" about a month back. it was fixed by rebuilding the profile. this is not an optimal fix, the error has returned. does anyone know a better way to fix this? has anyone else seen this issue or know the cause? thenks

I had the same problem and resetting the AutoCAD profile helped. It was about 3 months ago but I haven't had any problems since then.
