Plant 3D PCF to Caesar II

Hi,
Piping designers are using Plant 3D 2024 and providing PCF files to be imported into Caesar II v13 for stress analysis. Tried a few different PCF files but always get the error: An unknown error occurred when accessing: 'file'.
No idea what is causing the issue. Could it be my version of Caesar (v13)? v14 was released end of 2023. 
Any help would be much appreciated

If anyone does have the same issue. Caesar II does not recognise the PCF from Plant 3D as it is the wrong format for CII. Solution:

1. Open PCF file using notepad
2. Copy content into a new notepad file
3. Save the new notepad file, selecting ANSI encoding when saving file 
4. Import into CII (should work now)
