Plant 3D P&ID 2016 unknown error reports

Hi,

I receive these annoying errors during P&ID drawings. I collected some, see the image.

Do you know how to fix these?

I tried vacuuming and reindexing the Piping.dcf and ProcessPower.dcf databases, but when I audit the project I get 0 database records audited, no errors found. Still have error messages.

The ...relationshipTypeDoesNotExist is a perfect indication that 1 or more entries in 1 or more dcf files is not present anymore

Usually due to migration errors or manually manipulation of database files that failed

I checked enrties and they are all exist in the database.

That is weird.

Did you tried to make a new project after putting Plant 3D back to default settings?
