Pipeline tag disappear

Dear community,

I´m having a problem in the last days regarding the Tags for the lines in the P&ID. I modified the Tag to be as I want.

Once as I input all the values (Diameter, Spec, Service, Line, Pipe number, Insollation) and I press OK the values change and I have what I want. The trouble comes when I go to the Project Setup and I modify something no related with the pipes. I apply the changes and press OK. Once I did that, the pipe information changes and does not show the las two values (Pipe number and Insollation).

I checked the proyect manager to see if this values are visible, but all are ok.

Anyone knows what could happen?

Anyway, I´m trying to do a screencast to show all of you what happens in a clear way.

Thanks and regards,

This probably has to do with how the Tag Format is defined for Pipe Line Segments in Project Setup. Can you post a screenshot of how the tag format for Pipe Line Segments is defined?

Yes, sure.

The starting 3 values are given by the program as default. The last 3 values were created and added by me.

The problem comes in the two last one values.

Thanks for your response Ken.

The connector should not have a Tag Format. To edit pick the Edit Block... button

Yes, it is true. In fact, this conector does not have any relaton with the problem explained before that. This makes me crazy! Anyway, for now I could not try about the Target.Object in the coment up. I will let you know if it works.

Thanks.
