Pipe Supports tear drops

Hi,

Placing Pipe Supports, and seems to be no matter how they're placed, tear drops always show, even when connect to pipe afterwards.

What happens when you pick the grip on the support and snap to 'nearest' on the pipe? The pipe should also highlight prior to you placing the support back down.

I have come across in the past when moving a pipe support a drip gets left behind on the pipe. Not sure why but it doesn't seem to affect anything. The only way I was able to remove it was by redrawing that section of pipe.

Kindly Try this:-

=> Right click on Support

=> Choose "Connect component to Adjacent" from the shortcut menu appears.

=> Now click on the spool piece you want to connect.

=> You will see that drop has disappeared and support is well connected to pipe.

And in a already connected Support you will not find this "Connect component to Adjacent".

and if it doesn't work kindly delete that spool redraw and try this again.

kindly click on Accept this reply as solution if it works.

 Thanks have a good day.

Cheers folks,

Already tried all those options.

It seems to be, the drip is a result of adding Iso Message to the same pipe piece, but this is not consistent.  Some supports stay dripless when placing Iso Message, others not so lucky.

When the drip is there, the support wont show on the iso, so can't really ignore the little blighter.
